THE PARALYMPIC GAMES ARE POSTPONED UNTIL 2021 - HOW DOES THAT AFFECT MY PURCHASE?
On 23rd March 2020, it was announced that the Olympic and Paralympic Games would be postponed until 2021 due to Covid-19. As a result and following many months of discussions, all ticket holders purchases were automatically transferred to the new dates in 2021.

DUE TO COVID-19 I WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKETS
The system to request consignment return of event tickets has now been closed by TOCOG.
All ticket holders have been automatically transferred to the same sessions to be held in 2021. All seats have been allocated in your name and seat assignment has been completed.
Tokyo 2020 (TOCOG), have advised that continued discussions on the games will take place and spectator discussions including COVID-19 countermeasures will be discussed in November and December this year. There will be further advice provided between January and March.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE OFFICIAL
Kingdom Sports Group is an official and exclusive agent Australia for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. That means we are the only legal source for tickets and packages to residents and corporate clients that reside in Australia.
You can visit the Tokyo 2020 website to ensure our appointment is confirmed, combined with the use of the Authorised Ticket Resellers logo
If anyone else tries to sell you tickets or packages from any of the above nations, they are not authorised to do so. The tickets could be fake or fraudulent and you will be denied entry into the stadiums. Please report all fraudulent activity to us, so we can protect you.

CAN I CREATE MY OWN PACKAGE?
You sure can! Simply let us know what you want to do and our team can prepare a specialised package for you subject to ticket availability.
WHAT IF I CANT FIND THE EVENT TICKET I AM AFTER?
Some tickets are only available in a package including accommodation such as a follow your team ticket (where you are guaranteed to see Australia compete without having to purchase every session). This is because Follow Your Team tickets are very limited in supply and are available exclusively to our tour package participants. If there is another event ticket that is not available, it might be because of high demand or limited allocations. Reach out to us and we are happy to see what we can do to assist you.
WHAT PROOF OF RESIDENCY DO YOU NEED? HOW DO I SEND PROOF OF RESIDENCY?
We will need something that shows you are a resident of of Australia where we are the Authorised Ticket Reseller (ATR). This includes a phone or utility bill with your name and address on it, a driver’s license with you address, a student ID card. We will ask for this information from you at a later date in the first quarter of 2021.

DO I NEED A VISA TO ENTER JAPAN?
Prior to Covid-19 there was no requirement for anyone that had an Australian Passport to obtain a visa for Japan. As the IOC and TOCOG are currently developing a policy for international guests to enter Japan during the Paralympic Games, more information on this including circumventing any mandatory quarantine period is currently under discussion.
WHEN WILL I GET MY TICKETS?
Tokyo 2020 will provide our tickets around June 2021. We need around 6 weeks to do an audit of the tickets and prepare all client orders. So they will be dispatched in Late June / Early July 2021. All tickets will be physical, souvenir (keepsake) tickets (subject to TOCOG current plans)
HOW WILL YOU DELIVER THE TICKETS TO ME
We will use a track and trace courier company.
I AM PLANNING ON MOVING, HOW DO I INFORM YOU OF MY NEW ADDRESS?
You are able to log into our system if you have already placed an order. It is the Customer Account area. If you ticked “keep shipping address” when you placed the order you will be able to update it through your Customer Account area.

CAN I RESELL MY TICKET?
No, you cannot resell your ticket. There is no platform or program for tickets issued to ATR's and sold internationally for you to be able to offer tickets for sale
CAN I BUY FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
If you are purchasing for friends and family, you remain legally responsible for the tickets.
Your friends or family must know that you have purchased the tickets from Kingdom Sports Group. Also, we recommend that you provide them with a copy of your invoice to have on them. They may be questioned upon entry into the stadium.
You cannot sell to friends or family for more than what you have paid, this is strictly against the rules and regulations.
If you resell your tickets illegally, you run the risk that they can be used as a fraudulent activity, and you continue to remain legally responsible for these tickets.
If it is found that tickets are misused, sold on the black market, are in the hands of ticket touts, found being offered on the street, or sold online illegally you run the risk of every ticket we sold you being canceled without any opportunity for a refund being issued to you under the breach of the rules and regulations.
